SHOP additional Information:
- Premium Tax Credits and Cost Sharing Reductions are not available to employees and families covered through a SHOP
- Employers meeting certain size and average wage requirement for a SHOP may receive a Small Business Tax Credit on their tax returns of up to 50% of the employer's contribution to the premium
